“Zindagi aur maut uparwale ke haath hai jahanpana, jise na aap badal
sakte hai na mein. Hum sab toh rangmanch ki katputlia hai, jiski door uparwale
ke haath bandhi hai. Kab, Kaun, kaise uthega, yeh koi Nahi janta” – The famous
dialog from the 1970 film Anand echoed in my ears when I heard about Kakaji’s
demise. The super star of the 70s breathed his last on 18th July
2012… but the footprints that he has left behind will be inscribed eternally.

Can we make ‘IT’ happen in India?
This Saturday night, I was
casually browsing and searching about Ashank Desai, one of the co-founders of
the IT giant Mastek. I was particularly inspired about Ashank Desai because of
the fact that he belonged to Goa. As I was digging into the internet, I
stumbled upon a video about one of the largest project executed by Mastek,
which became a milestone in the company’s road to success. The project was
titled- “London Congestion Charging”. Puzzled by the name, I continued watching
the video, and got inspired by the idea.
